in the list of people who receive an email reminder a few
days before each jam!
The format is mostly like sitting around on someone's front
porch, or a campfire, only indoors, cool (or warm) and dry.
Simple as that!
THIS IS A
PURE ACOUSTIC, PURE BLUEGRASS JAM.
There is no
amplification, at all.
The jam is pure acoustic on purpose.
We just pull up chairs in a circle, then Pick-N-Grin!
If you don't
want to take an active part, feel free to doodle around
with your instrument with us, out at a table!
Just try to
doodle WITH whatever's being played in the circle.
IF YOU COME
TO PLAY, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN INSTRUMENT
The exceptions to
that request are bass players.
Bring your own if you
prefer, but you can just switch off with Barefoot Larry on his
bass if you'd rather not drag that cow along with you!
IF YOU CAN
CONTRIBUTE TO A TUNE, JUST DO IT!
YOU CAN SING EVEN IF YOU DON'T PLAY AN INSTRUMENT! |
